Role In-Depth
Own the voice, viral narratives, and builder community engagement across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube. Lead content strategies depicting student founder transformations and engineering behind-the-scenes.
What You Will Build & Own
You will be trusted with end-to-end ownership from design specifications to production telemetry:
- Design and publish high-engagement content documenting the 90-day student founder journey
- Run community AMAs, creator collaborations, and engineering spotlight series
- Analyze social analytics, engagement drop-offs, and viral hooks to continuously iterate
- Coordinate with design and video editing teams for rapid-turnaround campaigns
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Active passion for startups, builder culture, and authentic storytelling
- Strong copywriting skills with a modern, crisp tone (zero corporate fluff)
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or basic video clipping tools
- Active personal presence or proven track record managing social channels
Preferred / Bonus Points (Nice to Have):
- Knowledge of tech/startup memes, developer humor, and founder psychology
- Experience with short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
