The Team & Engineering Mission
The Finance and Leadership team provides strategic capital architecture, fiscal rigor, and investor alignment to fuel sustainable, generational enterprise growth.
Role In-Depth
Lead corporate financial planning, capital allocation, investor relations, and unit economic modeling for our flagship 3-month founder cohorts and executive 1:1 upskilling vertical.
What You Will Build & Own
You will be trusted with end-to-end ownership from design specifications to production telemetry:
- Build multi-year financial forecasts, cash runway models, and cohort profitability metrics
- Lead due diligence, cap table administration, and syndicate co-investment structures with VCs
- Ensure rigorous regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and audit readiness
- Provide strategic financial counsel to student founders preparing for seed funding and angel rounds
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a premier institution
- 6+ years of venture capital, investment banking, or high-growth startup finance experience
- Deep expertise in cap tables, SAFE notes, convertible debt, and venture financing
- Exceptional investor presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred / Bonus Points (Nice to Have):
- Experience navigating EdTech / SaaS business models and metric reporting (CAC, LTV, Magic Number)
